POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including filing, data entry, heavy call volume, and assisting with daily office needs.
RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Data Entry and high call volume
