Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, images, videos, stories, and graphics tailored for different social media platforms.
- Video Presentation: Can be a speaker of product or function presentation videos.
- Platform Management: Manage and monitor the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build a strong community.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Ad Creation: Design and optimize ads for various platforms, targeting specific demographics and customer segments.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
- Budget Management: Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues through social media, providing timely and effective support.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and sales conversions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years proven experience on digital marketing.
- In-depth understanding and hands on experience with various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Preferably with some understanding of the automotive parts/lights industry.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
