Sales Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powersports sales, with proven experience in business development and outside sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing daily sales plans and analyzing marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Analyze marketing trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or powersports sector.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and outside sales techniques.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team building and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
