Full Job Description
- Must have organizing, professionalism, and multitask skills
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Help with daily time management/daily tasks
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Administration background a plus
- Problem solving
- Independence
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Assist with casting talents on Major TV Network
- Talent Bookings
- Event Planning
- Creating, writing and pitching stories
