Responsibilities
- Timely follow up with the intended customers assigned by the company, answer
product-related questions, and take the initiative to explore new
potential customers
- Assist customers in the application procedures for capital turnover, communicate with the development of a
reasonable capital program and complete all aspects of work
- Maintain customer relationship management, regular follow-up visits to customers
at all stages, and record the feedback results of each customer
communication.
- Assist in dealing with the problems encountered by customers in the subsequent repayment of loans, and cooperate with
other departments to collect relevant information and materials.
- Participate
in the marketing activities organized by the marketing department and
provide opinions and feedback from the customers' perspective.
- Responsible for other assigned functions as the company's business develops, and receives relevant training.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English a must.
- With a bachelor's degree or higher education
- At least one year of sales or service oriented experience, preferably in the lending or payments field.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a development plan to achieve performance targets.
- Passionate about serving SMEs and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Long-term career development plan, willing to learn more professional skills and knowledge as the company develops.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
