The Role:

As a Field Service Technician (Operator), you’ll ensure the safe operation and maintenance of valves and fire hydrants. Learn the ropes from the Crew Chief, and prepare for future growth within Xylem. Enjoy 100% travel opportunities, engaging with varied environments, and contributing to our global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, disassemble, and maintain equipment ensuring site safety.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold site cleanliness.
• Continuous learning and advancement through hands-on experience.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in field-based or construction environments
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; DOT Medical Card eligibility

Salary & Benefits:

Earn $21-$26 per hour with comprehensive benefits, including 4 weeks PTO, health, dental, vision plans, and 401(k).

Work Environment:

• In this role, the working environment is outdoors in various weather, traffic, and environmental conditions.
• Travel: 90% or more depending on business needs.
