The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall production activities within the organization. This role involves leading a team of production professionals, developing and implementing production procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The Manufacturing Supervisor conducts regular audits, reviews production data, and collaborates with other departments to address production issues and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing production documentation, providing training and development opportunities for staff, and reporting on production performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field with at least 4 years experience, with at least 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

- Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
Salary range:
$72,300.00 - $130,100.00
