Title: Business Analyst
Duration: Until 12/31/2025
Location: Rochester, MN
This position will be on-site! Some remote/teleworking will be allowed. They can discuss the frequency during the interview.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assist with the segmentation of medical and facility devices. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT networking, inventory validation, and Agile activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the segmentation of medical and facility devices by completing each step in the Communication and Validation processes.
- Reach out to stakeholders to review and validate inventory information.
- Understand IT networking concepts to comprehend device data flows.
- Document results of inventory validation.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in Program Agile Activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT networking concepts (will significantly help to understand what is being done and what to look for).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite (with strong Excel)
- Ability to document processes and validation results clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
