Job Title: SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER

Client: Mayo Clinic

Duration: 1 Year

Duties: This request is for an IT Project Manager to help lead a new EMR/Patient Care implementation in Charter House on our Rochester MN campus. Charter House is a Continuous Care Retirement Community (long term care/retirement community) that is part of the Mayo Clinic organization but is managed by a management company. This organization manages other locations (non-Mayo) and they are all on the same technology. The organization is currently on MyUnity and needs to move to Point-Click-Care. This individual will bridge across Mayo Clinic IT, IT Clinical Project Services Unit, Charter House Leadership, vendor, and the Management Company.

Required:

• Experience with healthcare technology used in Long Term Care settings.
• Familiarity and past implementations of Point-Click-Care -Point-Click-Care Implementation Experience -Experience coordinating and communicating across organizations and within complex organizational structures.
• Any past work with Life Care Services (Management Company) -Must be able to work very independently and come up to speed quickly

Desired:

• Some preference to an individual within driving distance to Rochester

Notes:

• Potential for site visits
• Open to PM or SR PM status.
• No Preference to Epic as this is not part of this project. No interfacing with Epic

Education: Minimum education and/or experience: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years' OR Master's Degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience managing projects involving Information Technology and/or Healthcare disciplines.

Licensure/Certification Required:

Possession of current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a comparable current certification from a nationally recognized project management governance body. This certification must be obtained within three years of date of hire.
