Duties
- Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain office organization through effective clerical support.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Assist with front desk operations, providing excellent customer service to visitors.
- Utilize computer literacy to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
