Role Summary
A well-established construction engineering firm seeks a bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resource Director to join their executive team. This position will be responsible for leading all human resources functions with a focus on field operations personnel.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning initiatives for field operations
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee training, development, and succession planning programs
- Manage union relations, including contract administration and dispute resolution processes
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration for field personnel
- Direct HR policies, compliance measures, and risk management strategies
- Evaluate and implement HR technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with operations leadership to develop workforce strategies and skills development programs
- Conduct investigations for ethics violations, safety incidents, or policy breaches
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee personnel documentation
