Verify supplier parts are received in and finalized for receipt. Provide support to receiving dock team as needed.
Essential Functions (but Are Not Limited To)
- Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE.
- Gather information on supplier orders.
- Verify supplier orders are accurate before receiving and finalizing. Gather evidence of packing list and slip.
- Communicate any abnormalities immediately to production control department on supplier orders.
- Enter verification information in PLEX or other systems as required.
- Verify all printed labels are placed onto supplier parts before leaving receiving dock as needed.
- Keep records and documents organized and neat.
- Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Accuracy is critical in this position.
- Strong proficiency in writing skill.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel (ability to set up routine formulas and pivot tables), Word, Powerpoint, etc.
- Work is conducted in an industrial open office/ plant setting.
- Frequent movement throughout an industrial plant environment being exposed to high noise levels and equipment normally used in stamping / welding/ Ecoat environments.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent standing and walking to view equipment that needs to be verified.
- Able to traverse the plant facility.
- Able to lift up to 33 lbs.
