What You'll Do
The Integration Manager is the key interface between the Production Directors and various support organizations required to accomplish mission and ensure cohesive integration within, and external to Y-12 Operations.
The Integration Manager is matrixed to the Production Director and is responsible for:
- Tactical, day-to-day support of the Production Director and team to achieve mission deliverables
- Managing the Annual Cost Baseline (ACB) for the assigned production capability area
- Assisting the Production Director in developing long term staffing plans and strategies to ensure appropriate resources are available to support the mission
- Monitoring assigned budgets to ensure spending and deliverable performance are satisfactory
- Serving as principal interface with the Programs organization to define and manage deliverables
- Providing input to schedules that support production rate assumptions, and reporting production status on an ongoing basis
- Serving, when designated, as a functional lead for direction and coordination of activities impacting their assigned capability areas to resolve special circumstances or provide additional oversight for complex interactions

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- OR PhD: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Fifteen (15) or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting
Preferred Job Requirements
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related engineering/science discipline
- Typical relevant experience ranging from 10 to 15 years
- Professional experience within a production or highly regulated industrial environment
- Experience with Earned Value Management systems, risk management and performance improvements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; additional training to obtain certification may be provided if a selected candidate does not have that certification
