What You'll Do
The Vendor Management group within the Information Solutions and Services (IS&S) organization is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the process to secure external IT and cyber services for task-based subcontracts and staff augmentation subcontracts.
As a Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) in this group, you will:

- Provide oversight of IT service subcontracts, staff augmentation, basic ordering agreements, and task order subcontracts.
- Interface and coordinate with internal IS&S organizations (such as Cyber, Mission Applications, IT Operations, etc.) as well as with the Procurement organization and the subcontracting entities to plan, award, and execute subcontracts in support of complex and multi-discipline objectives.
- Improve efficiency and management of subcontracts through bid, award, on-boarding, and initial execution.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- OR PhD
Preferred Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Current or previous experience as a STR at Y-12, Pantex, or another DOE nuclear site
- Ability to conduct formal presentations to plant personnel and other interested parties

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
