Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support office operations by performing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or adminestrative assistant is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
