Chief Financial Officers (CFO)

Role Overview : As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, strategic planning, and risk management of SmartPay. You will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to ensure the company's financial stability and support its growth objectives.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term vision.- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.- Oversee accounting, treasury, and tax compliance functions.- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.Requirements : - Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the business sector, fintech industry.- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the digital payments sector.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- CPA or MBA degree is preferred.
