This role is within the Yahoo Mail group, which includes its flagship product, Yahoo Mail. You will be starting on offense; the product line (4.5 star apps & responsive web experiences), business, and tech (modern front-end stacks with significant backend re-architecture happening) provide a healthy start, with lots of upside to realize. Now, we need you to be a key part of our next chapter - embarking on the mission to create the best consumer-focused platform for running the "business of life," in email and beyond. MailPlus squad primarily focuses on driving subscription growth in the mail. This team innovates and builds seamless user experiences of next generation mail plus experience across Android, iOS, and Web platforms for Yahoo Mail users.

Responsibilities :
- Engage, attract, and retain top talent
- Provide project and technical leadership to engineers in a fast-paced environment
- Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices
- Enforce design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development
- Coordinate with partner teams when required, help unblock teams and resolve issues across teams
- Lead hands-on implementation work to keep current with technology trends inside and outside Yahoo
- Work closely with product management and development teams to define the next generation of communication products

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 - $299,375.00 / yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
