By fully verticalizing our sales teams, we ensure that every client receives the highest level of support and achieves their advertising goals.A Lot About YouAs a Client Experience Intern, you will gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of digital advertising. You will work closely with the VP of Client Experience and cross-functional teams to contribute to key initiatives within the Y! Ads organization. This role will provide you with the opportunity to : Project Management : Assist in the coordination of projects across multiple sales stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.AI Integration : Explore and contribute to the integration of AI technologies into sales processes, such as lead scoring, demand forecasting, and personalized client communication.Salesforce Optimization : Assist in the optimization of Salesforce workflows and data management to improve sales efficiency and client service.Client Insights & Research : Conduct market research, analyze client data, and develop insightful presentations and case studies to showcase the value of Y! Ads solutions.Client Communication : Assist in the development and delivery of client communications, including presentations, proposals, and progress reports.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand Sales & Sponsorships, Product, Sales Operations) to achieve project objectives.Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.Assist in the development and implementation of AI-powered sales tools and processes.Optimize Salesforce workflows and data entry processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to the creation of compelling client presentations and case studies.Support the VP of Client Experience in various administrative and operational tasks.Required ExperiencePursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce.Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.The material job duties and responsibilities of this role include those listed above as well as adhering to Yahoo policies; exercising sound judgment; working effectively, safely and inclusively with others; exhibiting trustworthiness and meeting expectations; and safeguarding business operations and brand integrity.At Yahoo, we offer flexible hybrid work options that our employees love!
