This position (offered as a Level II fieldwork) provides an in-depth, rigorous internship experience for occupational therapy students. Students will be supervised by a practicing occupational therapist, gradually working up to treating a typical caseload of students (with supervision), in addition to other OT-related job responsibilities such as but not limited to completing daily session notes; planning treatment sessions; working with other professions; developing student goals; completing formal and informal assessments; attending professional development opportunities; and completing fieldwork assignments (for both OT program and iHOPE).
This is an unpaid internship opportunity that is only open to current students. The internship may be able to satisfy course credit if approved by the student's institution of learning.
