Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our Service Center, you will support patients by answering questions, offering guidance, and providing essential triage with empathy and expertise. You will work alongside a team of experienced nurses and service center scheduling agents to ensure patient needs are met promptly and effectively through efficient communication, triage, and first-call resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Triage: Assess the urgency of patient needs, gather pertinent information, and direct care as necessary.
- Respond to patient questions regarding medications, treatments, and general healthcare information.
- Care Coordination: Work with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans, coordinate referrals, and educate patients about medications and side effects.
- Efficient Communication: Collaborate with our local team of nurses to ensure consistency, quality, and warmth in every patient interaction.
- First-Call Resolution: Aim to resolve patient concerns during the initial call to foster trust and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse: An active Washington RN license is required.
- Team Spirit: Desire to work with a collaborative team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other in achieving top-notch patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a level 10. An additional 4% differential is available for your bilingual skills.
