Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a nurse, you will provide comprehensive care during patient visits, discuss chief complaints, obtain vital signs, complete health history, and document health information in the EMR system.
You will also conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and coordinate follow-up care, collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and provide education to patients on medications and potential side effects.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- A State RN license
- If your RN license is in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, you must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding
- If relocating to Washington State, you must obtain WA RN license within 6 months of hire and update your primary state of residence within 60 days
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred at level 10, as are training in Early Periodic Screening & Development Testing and Women's Health Exams. You should be proficient in professional nursing concepts and procedures, medication uses, and effects, and basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and EMR programs.
