- Facilitate patient care by assisting physicians and managing administrative tasks
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide essential information to patients and families
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited medical assistant certificate program
- Certification/Registration (CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year private practice medical assistant experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred and working knowledge of Microsoft office applications required
