The Paralegal and Business Advisor will be responsible for providing support to the YMFUS legal function, including assistance with litigation, financing transactions, bankruptcy matters, fraud investigations, issues management, regulatory examinations, audits, and corporate governance.
This role will involve assisting various business functions, including preparation of correspondence, production requests, interrogatories, budget analysis, etc. The successful candidate will also assist with ongoing monitoring, review, and documentation of bankruptcy filings and related matters.

- Assistance with corporate governance, such as preparation of resolutions, committee minutes, and corporate filings.
- Support for regulatory examinations and third-party audits, including documentation production, issue tracking, and remediation.
