Job Responsibilities:
- Job Responsibility 1 - Details (Emission Test Lab Technician)
- Support to plan the Emission Test Schedule (Daily & Weekly & Monthly & Annually)
- Collect the Emission Test Sample Vehicle (ATV & UTV) from Production Line
- Conduct the Emission Test and prepare the Emission Test Report
- Support troubleshoot the Emission Test Failure
- Plan the Emission Test Equipment Calibration (Monthly & Annually)
- Maintain the Emission Test Report for YMUS, and Calibration Record.
- Job Responsibility 2 - Details (Pilot Test Technician)
- Support to plan the Pilot Test Schedule (WV, GC, ATV & UTV)
- Collect the Pilot Test Sample Vehicle (WV, GC, ATV & UTV) from Production Line
- Prepare the Pilot Test Vehicles for Testing (WV, GC, ATV & UTV).
- Conduct the Pilot Test as scheduled, including riding the test vehicles.
- Prepare the Pilot Test Report (WV, GC, ATV & UTV)
- Investigate the Pilot Test Failure, and issue PSS (Problem Solving Sheet).
- Maintain the Pilot Test Report for RE.
- Job Responsibility 3 - Details (Warranty Quality Improvement)
- Support & conduct the Warranty Market Investigation, per RE's requests.
- Support & collect the Warranty Samples and conduct the Failure Analysis.
- Support & Prepare the Failure Analysis Report
- Support & Conduct the Root Cause Investigation (Defect Duplication Test, DOE), per RE's request.
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with focus on quality preferred.
- Must have excellent quality support and communication skills to all internal customers.
- Working knowledge of gage and equipment requirements to AIAG standards.
- Individual must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Computer skills using MS Office required.
- Demonstrated problem solving, continuous improvement and multi-tasking skills.

Additional Requirements
- Job requires approximately 25% travel (domestic and international)
- Must be able to swim
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have some rider experience in either(WV,ATV or ROV)
