Job Summary
Applicant will apply gel-coat on boat decks, hulls and other fiberglass parts while following work instructions and safety guidelines. This is a role for individuals with assembly experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Apply gel-coat on various FRP parts including boat decks and hulls using gel-coat and catalysts efficiently.
2. Maintain equipment to minimize downtime by keeping tools clean and disposing of chemicals properly.
3. Follow established processes without deviation unless approved by management in writing.
4. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred. One or more years of assembly experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. Ability to read, comprehend, speak, and write English at 9th grade level required. Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform tasks such as walking, standing, sitting, climbing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, etc.
