Key Responsibilities:
- Apply gel-coat on boat decks, hulls, and other FRP parts by following work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Maintain equipment and minimize downtime by cleaning tools and disposing of chemicals properly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Working Environment: Our production environment is characterized by loud noises and general production conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all areas of the organization with physical stamina and moderate to heavy lifting (50-75 lbs.).
