Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a successful national based (Lebanon, MO office) Business Development Specialist to join the G3 Boats family. This essential position will manage and monitor national and regional new dealer activities and transactions. Act as a liaison between the field sales team, legal and other key national departments. This candidate will report directly to the National Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of G3 dealer operations and a vision for improving G3's wholesale and retail operations within the competitive boating industry.

Position Summary :
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong dealer relationships, and contributing to the development of new products and services. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship building, and sales skills to help expand the company's market reach and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct research to identify new markets, industry trends, and dealer needs.
Identify strategic partners and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key dealers.
Develop customized proposals, presentations, and contracts
Execute business strategies to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
Attend key boat show & industry events
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

This position is operated out of the G3 Boats corporate office in Lebanon, MO and travel may be required shows, events, dealer meetings, conferences & dealership.
