Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Motorsports team in Marietta, GA. The Digital Marketing Automation Specialist will be the key tactical point of contact for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and email marketing. This role is responsible for managing email campaign creation, personalization strategies, and reporting, while also handling creative tasks such as optimizing visuals for email campaigns. The CRM Specialist will work across multiple business lines to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals, utilizing SFMC features like AmpScript and Automation Studio to enhance personalization and segmentation. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the marketing campaign calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing digital assets for targeted email campaigns.
What you'll be doing :
Build & Schedule Email Campaign s
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Use SFMC's Journey Builder and Automation Studio for personalized drip and nurture campaigns.
- Create and implement form strategies across web properties for campaign engagement tracking.
- Ensure the execution of mobile-responsive and well-optimized email templates.
Creative Content & Asset Management
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to source and resize images, graphics, and other assets for use in emails and landing pages.Design and modify visual elements that enhance email and campaign appeal while maintaining brand consistency.Dynamic Content Personalization
Develop and implement dynamic content using SFMC's scripting language (e.g., AmpScript) for personalized experiences across customer segments.Ensure data-driven segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns, improving engagement through tailored messaging.Data and Reporting
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns.Monitor and maintain data quality practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Execute CCPA / etc. requests as they come inConduct A / B testing to optimize email performance, leveraging campaign insights to refine future initiatives.Campaign Calendar & Project ManagementWork with Digital Marketing Manager and Team to develop and maintain campaign calendar, coordinating with cross-functional team to meet business deliverables.Lead Segmentation & ScoringDevelop and manage customer segmentation within SFMC to deliver personalized campaigns based on behavioral data and engagement with the website and other touch points.Decision-Making Responsibility

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.3 years' experience working in CRM platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar.Proficiency with AmpScript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC features.Experience with email campaign design, including resizing images, editing visuals, and optimizing creative assets.Strong understanding of email best practices (mobile responsiveness, personalization, dynamic content).Proficiency with HTML / CSS for email and landing page optimization.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across teams.Familiarity with Powersports products and industries.Experience working with creative agencies or developing campaign briefs.Knowledge of database management, including segmentation and data quality initiatives.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic image editing and optimization.Basic understanding of web analytics and SEO / SEM strategies.Don't meet every single requirement?
