What We’re Looking For :
- 1-5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or an industrial setting (but we’re open to other backgrounds).
- A passion for helping employees succeed, creating a positive workplace, and making HR more than just a back-office function
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on role and enjoys solving challenges.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and training best practices
