Established for over 50 years, Yamazen Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, including machine tools and injection molding machines. We service manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and I.T. industries.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to help launch and grow our e-commerce business. This role will focus on managing product data, ensuring accurate categorization, and assisting in expanding our online product catalog. You will also collaborate with various teams to optimize and maintain our e-commerce platform, built on NOP Commerce.

This role will focus on managing product data, ensuring accurate categorization, and assisting in expanding our online product catalog. You will also collaborate with various teams to optimize and maintain our e-commerce platform, built on NOP Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in uploading and categorizing product details for the e-commerce site.
- Manage product data entry for a growing catalog, aiming for over 10,000,000 SKUs.
- Work with vendors to collect accurate product specifications, images, and descriptions.
- Organize and streamline product categorization to enhance user experience.
- Maintain and update the NOP Commerce platform, ensuring functionality and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve data discrepancies.
- Monitor site performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Basic to intermediate experience with e-commerce platforms (experience with NOP Commerce is preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Tooling product categorization and catalog management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO and product marketing strategies (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for managing large datasets.
- More than 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce or related role (preferred but not mandatory).
