Maternal Child Health Nurse
Yamhill County Health and Human has two full-time positions for a Maternal Child Health Nurse. The nurse will work within one or more of Yamhill County Public Health’s nurse home visit programs including Babies First!, CaCoon, Nurse Family Partnership, and Family Connects Oregon to assess families and ensure they have what they need to create a safe and healthy environment during early childhood. In addition, the nurses will assess infant growth and development and ensure they have resources and referrals to ongoing care.
National Health Service Corp (NHSC) and Oregon Office of Rural Health approved site—loan repayment opportunities available.
