Registered Nurse Home Visitor

Job Description:

The Linn County Department of Health Services is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to fill the position of Public Health Nurse. This role involves providing exceptional nursing care to first-time mothers and their babies in Linn County through intensive home visiting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.

For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized nurse who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:

• A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Home Visitor or completion of training for the Nurse Family Partnership program.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Compensation:
A competitive hourly wage ($32.83-$41.93) and opportunities for professional growth and development.
