Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Data & Segmentation Intern to join our Customer Growth Team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in customer data analysis, segmentation strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to data-driven initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and analyzing customer data, identifying key insights, and providing recommendations to support segmentation strategies.
Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to implement segmentation across campaigns and product features.
Support the tracking, reporting, and evaluation of campaign and feature performance.
Conduct research on customer behavior to enhance personalization and engagement strategies.
Assist in other related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, or Excel).
Basic experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, or customer analytics platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English & Chinese, English & Japanese, OR English & Korean is preferred.
Interest in Asian CPG products is a plus.
