Terms

Internship Duration: Join our dynamic team for the Summer Internship Program from May 2025 through September 2025. This immersive experience offers a deep dive into real estate private equity throughout the summer, providing ample opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute significantly to our projects.

Compensation Details: This is a paid. Please note that while the internship offers a wealth of experience and learning opportunities, we cannot provide housing or cover commuting expenses. We recommend that interns plan accordingly to secure accommodation and transportation.

Office Location and Work Environment: Our internship is structured around an in-office experience at 134 Rumford Avenue, Suite 303, Newton, MA 02466. We believe in the value of face-to-face collaboration and the robust learning environment it creates. As an intern, you'll be expected to join us in the office, where you'll have the chance to work directly with our seasoned professionals, engage in hands-on projects, and immerse yourself in our company's vibrant culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Analysis and Strategy: Work alongside senior team members in sales, marketing, and financial analysis, gaining invaluable insights into the strategies that drive success in real estate private equity. Participate in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to maximize property visibility and investor interest.
• In-depth Market Research and Financial Modeling: Conduct comprehensive market research, compile detailed market analyses, and create key financial exhibits. Gain hands-on experience with financial modeling, contributing to the evaluation of investment opportunities and the strategic decision-making process.
• Proactive Deal Sourcing: Actively participate in outreach efforts to identify and source potential deals, focusing on multifamily units and land development projects. Learn the art of deal evaluation and the nuances of establishing beneficial partnerships and negotiations.
• Marketing and Investor Engagement Support: Assist our marketing team in crafting compelling narratives and engaging content across various platforms to connect with and expand our investor base. • Asset Management and Reporting Assistance: Support our asset management team by helping prepare comprehensive property and investor reports.
