We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates in the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitor their performance, and provide coaching or training as necessary.
• Manage and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and meet company targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper safety standards are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to warehouse operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Eligible to work in the US.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
