As a Store Manager at Yankee Custom Inc., you will oversee daily operations at one of our retail locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient sales processes. Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking products as needed.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote product visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
