Job Title: Pro-Shop Manager – Family-Owned Golf Course
We are a family-owned and operated public golf course, and we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to manage our Pro-Shop and team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro-Shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all customers.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Coordinate course setup based on tee times and daily schedule, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating an inviting and family-friendly environment.
- Work early mornings, especially during peak season, and manage long summer hours.
- Enjoy more flexible hours during the winter months.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in golf, with an understanding of the game and the operations of a golf course.
- Ability to efficiently manage tee times, ensuring an optimal experience for players.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
