Immediate opening for full-time Insurance Clerk. The hours include Monday-Friday (8-5 or 8:30-5:30.) Duties will include researching multiple payer denials with an emphasis on Medicare; heavy telephone usage, and answering patient inquiries on their insurance claims. Position will include backup for particular aspects of outreach processes.
Must have computer skills/experience; excellent communication skills; positive attitude and be a “team” player. Attention to detail is a must. A minimum of two years experience working with medical insurance claims is required, coding experience would be preferred.
