What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscapes Crew Leader position at Yard Solutions Inc?
Yard Solutions is a well-established commercial landscape maintenance company that has experienced tremendous growth over the past two years. We specialize in commercial mowing/lawncare, snow removal, and award-winning hardscape installations.
We are seeking a Hardscapes Crew Leader to join our 2025 Management team!
Hours: Vary based on the season but typically are from 7a-5p, Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full understanding of hardscape installation processes
- Ability to operate all commercial landscaping equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in a similar leadership position within the landscaping (hardscape installation) industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to inspire field team members to be enthusiastic about their work to achieve maximum productivity and performance
- Experience and full understanding of snow removal work
- Ability to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting at times (up to 50 pounds)
Job Duties:
- Responsible to make sure that all properties assigned meet Yard Solutions’ and the client’s quality standards
- Monitor productivity of crew members and provide regular performance feedback
