Yard Solutions is a smoke/tobacco/vape free facility. There is no smoking/tobacco/vaping use on or off site during working hours.
Duties would/may Include:
Manage the days task list, coordinate with Landscape supervisor(s) and Owner for direction, manage your crew, equipment, & materials, update electronic and paper assignment list. Ensure tools, customer properties, and companies best interests are kept in mind.
Specific tasks: Mowing, mulching, hedge trimming, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, brush cleanup, driving company truck with 16ft. trailer, planting grass, fertilizing, using various machinery, maintenance of equipment, incorporating safety in all aspects of your work.

Expected Responsibilities:

Must have drivers license, own transportation to and from work, have your own smart phone, be able to communicate punctually with management, be honest.

Experience:
Your experience will determine your job duties and will have a bearing on your wages received. The more skills you have the better. We are willing to train some tasks in some cases.
Pay and compensation:
Our employees enjoy weekly pay automatically deposited into their bank account. Increases of pay are dependent on performance. $15 per/hr for start or more per hour if you have good experience, possible end of year bonus, ability to work independently and as part of a team, company training, opportunities for better wage/advancement, Referral finder bonus.
Summary
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will be instrumental in maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Landscape Supervisor or Business owner, your core responsibilities will include lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping. Any mechanical knowledge and desire to learn will enhance your ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in mowing, tree trimming, and gardening will ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
