Every morning, you'll gear up and head out to transform residential properties into vibrant, well-manicured landscapes. You'll master tasks like expertly edging gardens or maneuvering lawn mowers over varied terrain. We welcome candidates who can work independently and make good choices when no one is watching.
What You'll Do
After comprehensive training, you'll take on essential maintenance tasks, including:
- Landscape & Hardscape Care: Maintain and enhance residential properties with pride.
- Equipment Mastery: Efficiently operate lawn mowers on flat, sloped, or uneven terrain, and use edgers, string trimmers, backpack, and handheld blowers effectively.
- Physical & Technical Skills: Safely operate chain saws, pole saws, and hedge trimmers to prune trees and bushes, and handle light irrigation repairs once trained.
- Plant Care: Plant or remove vegetation as needed.
- Maintenance: Keep equipment clean and ready for action, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.
- Driving: Confidently drive trucks and vans for extended periods across freeways and local roads.
