We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant in our Bensalem, PA branch to provide administrative support to our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day front desk activities, answering calls, filing, and providing assistance with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support for the accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Assist in data entry and basic recordkeeping as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Handle mail and package deliveries.
- Ensure that the front desk area is neat, welcoming, and organized.
