About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team and ensure efficient operations. In this role, you will process client service agreements, update reports, conduct audits, and resolve billing discrepancies. You’ll also support consultants and the director by coordinating schedules and providing essential administrative assistance. What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule consultants for training sessions, both virtually and on site
Review attendance, time and hours for accuracy and completeness
Resolve booking or billing discrepancies
Provide administrative support to consultants and the director
Analyze client survey data and summarizes areas of interest
Manage a shared department inbox, troubleshoot issues and escalate questions as they arise
Assist in managing the PSG Ops queue items
Audit the CRM system for accurate billing, action items to complete, and process cancellation
Review and process client service agreements
Conduct audits on current processes and make suggestions for improvement
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
One plus (1+) year of experience in Administrative Support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Ideal to have:
Knowledge of SharePoint
