What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule consultants for training sessions, both virtually and on site
- Review attendance, time and hours for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve booking or billing discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to consultants and the director
- Analyze client survey data and summarizes areas of interest
- Manage a shared department inbox, troubleshoot issues and escalate questions as they arise
- Assist in managing the PSG Ops queue items
- Audit the CRM system for accurate billing, action items to complete, and process cancellation
- Review and process client service agreements
- Conduct audits on current processes and make suggestions for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One plus (1 ) year of experience in Administrative Support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of SharePoint
