In this exciting role, you'll manage logistics for regional events, organize marketing materials, and build strong relationships with industry associations. You'll also assist with special event preparations, keep our CRM system updated, and provide essential administrative support. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driven to look into the metrics and data that underpins what we do, your experience in and passion for data will be an integral part of how you approach this role.
- Use your strong organizational skills to manage logistics for a range of regional events.
- Support the creation of new campaigns, including but not limited to content development, stakeholder management, send outs and tracking.
- Organize the marketing material & swag inventory for the Singapore office.
- Use your excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with industry associations & potential event venues.
- Provide assistance with special event preparations (mailings, orders, RSVPs, etc.).
- Work effectively in the CRM system.
- Manage our website (WordPress) with frequent updates to product offerings, articles & hosted / industry events.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
- Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members across the marketing organization.
