Packaging Sorter

Job Description

Yards Brewing Company is seeking Seasonal (On-Call) Packaging Sorting team members.

The position will assist our Packaging Department in different projects, including but not limited to sorting variety packs, rework, palletizing, depalletizing, and more!

Work is scheduled to start around March 2025, subject to change, and is on an On-Call Basis for the duration of each project.

Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule (morning/night) including weekends and holidays.
• Have personal protective equipment(PPEs) and follow all safety and company policies.
• Perform assigned tasks at various stations as assigned.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, standard work guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Positive attitude and ability to take constructive criticism.
• Warehouse, Beverage. Food and Brewery Industry Experience is Preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
