We specialize in residential landscape transformations throughout San Diego, handling everything from full yard overhauls to hardscaping and custom installations. Our current project includes demoing concrete and flower beds, grading, prepping for pavers, installing flagstone, and a full landscape cleanup—this should give you an idea of the type of work we do daily.
Who We're Looking For:
We need skilled laborers with experience in at least one of the following:
- Construction – Demolition, concrete work, grading, irrigation installation.
- Hardscaping – Paver patios, flagstone, rock features, retaining walls.
- Landscaping – Planting, yard cleanups, and landscape installations.
What to Expect:
- We work hard and play hard – A good attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
- You must be comfortable working on a team – The boss is on-site daily, and we all work together.
- We use a mix of equipment and manual labor – We have skid steers, jackhammers, and saws, but a lot of work is done by hand with shovels, rakes, and muscle.
- Full workdays & overtime available – Standard shifts are 8 hours, but if you want overtime, you can work 10 hours.

Requirements:
✅ Must be clean-cut, professional, and work well with a team.
✅ Must be ready to start immediately on Monday, February 17 – if you can't start then, please don't apply.
✅ Reliable transportation to job sites in San Diego.
✅ Experience in at least one of the listed trades (construction, hardscaping, landscaping).
