Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the Engineering, Product and Data teams, including Product Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, Data, and Tech Architecture.
- Align technology development with revenue growth goals, ensuring that product innovation and engineering efforts directly contribute to the company’s top-line growth.
- Focus on driving engineering velocity by optimizing development processes, removing roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and products.
- Drive continuous improvement within the product and engineering lifecycle, from ideation to release, prioritizing efficiency.
- Ideate with the CEO to shape a product vision that continually innovates and drives the business and outdoor home renovation industry forward, delighting homeowners with ease where burden, complexity and inefficiency otherwise exist.
- Along with the Head of Product, then translate that product vision into actionable plans, leading the team in creating roadmaps, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Scale and grow the technology team responsibly.
- Mentor and lead, building a strong innovation and performance culture.
