Seeking Commercial Cleaning Specialist

We are a facility management company specializing in the maintenance of educational and religious institutions. We are currently seeking to expand our team of commercial cleaning specialists in the Waterbury, CT area.

Job Description: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and presentable. Shifts will be approximately 4 hours in the morning Sunday-Friday. There there may be additional opportunities available to transition to full time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Ensure all areas are maintained and meet our high standards of cleanliness
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in commercial cleaning
• Must speak Spanish and English
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to follow a specific task list and document completed tasks
