Operations Coordinator (Bilingual in Mandarin and Spanish)

Job Summary:

YATAI Fabrication Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Spanish to facilitate communication across diverse teams. The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining production workflows, coordinating logistics, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Mandarin- and Spanish-speaking employees and management.
• Coordinate with HR and management to support employee training and development initiatives.
• Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Work closely with the production team to track production, resolve production issues, and optimize production efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting production and operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and Spanish (Fluent in both spoken and written communication).
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar role preferred.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Must be able to use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 48 per week
